Joe served at the Quonset Naval Air Station from 1957 to 1961 as non-military personal as music director of Catholic, Protestant and Jewish Services and director of both prostate and Catholic adult and children’s choirs at the US. Naval Chapel, Quonset, RI.

Joe was director of music for 44 years from 1959 to 2003 as the Organist and Music Director at St. Mary’s Church and over 20 years as music director at Assumption Of The Blessed Virgin Mary Parish. He also was a Composer, Orchestrater and Directed. As Director of the “The Rays of Sunshine,” a Christian theater group, they performed worldwide, including a performance for Pope Paul VI and on national TV performing “Prayer of Medugorje” the musical.

From 1971-1978 Joe served as an Entertainer and Educator for Thomas Organ Co. He performed in Paris, Rome, Venice, London, Stockholm, Oslo and Conrad Hilton Hotel, Chicago and throughout the U.S.

In 1967 he founded Music Mansion. Joe served as the Owner-President of Music Mansion,  selling Pianos, Organs and other musical Instruments across RI and MA until 1981. Music Mansion led to a production company, Music Mansion Productions, formed in 1981. Through this new production company Joe wrote and produced Sales Motivational Shows for Digital Equipment Corp using multi-media projection with quadraphonic sound, which was unheard of at that time. He traveled throughout the U.S. and 6 European Countries with his productions. He created the first MIDI Christian orchestration written completely in digital format then transformed into sounds through a sound module. This would be the catalyst of a new form of music today used world wide called MIDI. He created and introduced Christian MIDI music to thousands of churches, music groups and communities throughout the U.S. and foreign countries performing on stage. He also introduced other styles of music including Country, Pop, Gospel, Broadway, Classical and Show Tunes.

In 2001, Joseph DiBiase turned his direction back to developing projects on the island of Bonaire. He was instrumental in developing Kings Beach Resort, a 45 town house project, and became the General Manager of the project and designer-builder of waterfront town houses. At the same time he formed another company, Bonaire Rentals and was involved in renting vacation properties at Lighthouse Beach Resort. His daughter Dana has since taken over.

In 2004 – 2007 he directed his efforts to the U.S. with a new company, Modular Homebuilders of R.I., building pre-fab homes in Southern New England.

In 2007, He formed Residential Elevators of R. I. developing a new business for home elevators. Through this business, another venture, The Chairlift Store, was developed. The Chairlift Store currently operates as Aid 4 Mobility. Both companies are dedicated to help those with mobility needs. Joe Jr. has since taken over Aid 4 Mobility, while Joe Sr. continues to operate Rhode Island Elevators (formerly Residential Elevators if R.I.) to this day. Joe also serves as an elevator inspector for the State of Rhode Island.
